Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome your canine companion. Please identify your dog during the reservation and at check-in.
- Do not leave pets unattended in guestrooms or public areas. If you must step out briefly, pets must be kenneled. Guests leaving pets un-kenneled are subject to a $200 fee.
- Undeclared pets will result in a $200 fee.
- Nightly Pet Fee: $30 per pet, per night + occupancy tax, up to two dogs per room, not to exceed 80 lbs total.
- Pets must be reserved in pet-friendly rooms during the reservation process. When possible, guests with pets are assigned to the same area.
- Keep pets leashed in common areas and clean up after your pet.
- Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets.
Service Animals
- Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome at no charge and should be identified at check-in so we can properly clean the room upon checkout.
- Service animals must remain under the handler's control at all times and may not be left unattended in guestrooms, even if kenneled.
- If a service animal is not housebroken or out of control and the handler does not take effective action, we may request that the animal be removed; the guest may remain without the animal.
- Guests are responsible for any actual damages caused by a service animal.
- In accordance with ADA guidance and for your safety, staff may enter if a service animal is alerting or barking and the guest cannot be reached.
Emotional Support Animals
- Emotional Support/Comfort animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are subject to the pet policy and fees above.
ADA Questions (when not obvious)
When it's not obvious what service an animal provides, staff may ask only:
- Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
